Asking about symptoms, explaining medication use, giving clear dosage instructions, giving suggestion for patients how to recover quickly using polite and empathetic language.

Handling Prescription Inquiries
Clarifying prescription details, managing prescription errors or shortages, expressing apology and solution

Business Communication in Pharmacy
Email writing: formal and informal, scheduling meetings, confirming orders, and following up pharmacy-related abbreviations and phrase

Product and Medicine Presentation
Presenting a medicine to colleagues or clients, explaining drug indications, contraindications, and side effects

Dealing with Complaints and Difficult Situations
